Eligibility Criteria for the 2025 NSIA Young Leadership Programme
To qualify for the NSIA Young Leadership Programme (NYLP), applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university, with a minimum Second Class Upper.
- Must be 26 years old or younger by December 31, 2025.
- Must have completed NYSC at the time of application.
- Must have a maximum of two (2) years post-NYSC work experience.
- Must be a Nigerian citizen.
