Undergragra

DMCA Policy

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy applies to the website undergragra.com (“Website” or “Service”) and outlines how we respond to copyright infringement notifications, in accordance with the provisions of the U.S. DMCA.

Even though Undergragra is based in Nigeria, we respect international copyright laws and comply with DMCA guidelines as required by platforms like Google, search engines, and hosting providers.

Respect for Intellectual Property

We take intellectual property rights seriously and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to promptly respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Before Filing a Complaint

Please consider whether:

  • The material might qualify as fair use, especially if used for commentary, news reporting, education, or research.

  • You can resolve the issue directly with the person who uploaded the content.

If you’re unsure about the claim, we recommend consulting a legal advisor before proceeding.

How to File a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on one’s behalf) and believe your rights are being infringed on our site, please send a written notification that includes:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work

  2. The URL(s) of the infringing material

  3. Your contact information (full name, address, phone number, email)

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the material is not authorized

  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and under penalty of perjury

  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Send all notices to:
Email: hello@undergragra.com

Please note that we may forward your notice (including your contact information) to the user who uploaded the content in question.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material and its location before removal

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was mistakenly removed

  • Your consent to jurisdiction in a Nigerian court (or a U.S. court, if necessary for compliance)

  • Your contact details and signature

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless we receive a court order from the complainant.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts repeatedly flagged for copyright infringement may be suspended or permanently banned, in line with our zero-tolerance policy for abuse.
