2025 JAMB UTME Mock Exam – Everything Candidates Should Know
The UTME mock exam is a pre-examination test organized by JAMB each year for candidates who will be taking the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Candidates had the option to indicate their interest in taking the mock exam during the UTME registration process.
The 2025 UTME Mock Exam is scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025.
For clarity, the mock exam is not compulsory. The score does not count toward the main UTME exam, and it is not a requirement to sit for the main UTME. The primary purpose of the mock examination is to help candidates assess their level of preparation and familiarize themselves with the computer-based test (CBT) environment.
Introduced in 2017, the mock exam gives all candidates—especially those unfamiliar with computers—hands-on experience with the system before the actual UTME. Additionally, JAMB uses this mock test to check all systems in CBT centers to ensure efficiency before the main exam.
Important Updates for Candidates
- Printing of Mock Exam Slips: The printing of the 2025 UTME mock exam slip has not started yet. This slip will contain the candidate’s exam venue and time. Undergragra will update candidates once printing begins.
