Kwara State Polytechnic (Kwara Poly), Ilorin, has officially announced the commencement of its admission process for the Higher National Diploma (HND) Full-Time and National Diploma (ND) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. Prospective applicants are hereby invited to apply for admission into various accredited courses.

HND (Full-Time) Programmes include:
Accountancy
Banking and Finance
Marketing
Business Administration
Public Administration
Computer Science
Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Science Laboratory Technology
Statistics, among others.
ND Programmes are offered in:
Engineering Technology
Environmental Studies
Communication & Information Technology
Management Studies
Applied Sciences
General Admission Requirements
For ND Programmes:
Candidates must have sat for the 2025 UTME and selected Kwara Poly as either first or second choice.
A minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB.
For HND Full-Time Programmes:
Applicants must possess a National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized institution.
Evidence of one year industrial training (IT) is mandatory.
O’level requirements must also be met as stated above.
How to Apply
1. Visit the Kwara Poly admission portal via https://portal.kwarastatepolytechnic.edu.ng.
2. Create an account and follow the application instructions.
3. Choose either HND or ND programme.
4. Pay the prescribed application fee via Remita.
5. Fill the application form accurately and upload all required documents.
6. Submit and print the acknowledgment slip for reference.
Application Deadline
The closing date for the submission of applications will be announced soon. Interested candidates are advised to apply early to avoid last-minute issues.
Important Notes:
Multiple applications will be disqualified.
All credentials will be verified for authenticity.
Admission is strictly based on merit and availability of quota in each department.
