Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH) is conducting a State of Origin Verification Exercise (SOVE) for candidates from Lagos State who selected LASUSTECH as their First Choice in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME). To qualify, candidates need to have obtained a minimum score of 195. This announcement also extends to Direct Entry applicants.
The SOVE Registration Exercise will commence on Monday, June 30, 2025, and will conclude on Friday, July 18, 2025. Following this, Verification Interviews are scheduled from Monday, July 21, 2025, to Friday, July 26, 2025. Each candidate will find their specific interview date indicated on their application form.

Candidates are required to pay a fee of Five Thousand Naira (₦5,000.00) only, which should be made directly to Lagos State University of Science and Technology. Payments can be processed through the official link: [https://sove.lasustech.edu.ng](https://sove.lasustech.edu.ng).
Eligibility Criteria
– Only candidates from Lagos State origin are eligible for this verification.
– Clearance by the State of Origin Verification Committee (SOVC) is mandatory before processing POST UTME Screening forms.
– Eligibility extends to candidates who scored 195 or above in the 2025 UTME and also includes Direct Entry applicants.
