The University of Ibadan (UI) has officially announced the commencement of its Post-UTME registration for the 2025/2026 academic session. The registration portal will open on Monday, July 21st, 2025, and all qualified candidates are advised to complete their application process before the closing date.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who made UI their first choice in the 2025 UTME and scored 200 and above are eligible to apply for the screening exercise. Additionally, applicants must have at least five O’level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
Cut-off Mark
The general cut-off mark for the Post-UTME screening is 200. However, candidates applying for competitive courses like Medicine, Law, Nursing, and Engineering are advised to aim for higher scores.
How to Apply for UI Post-UTME 2025
1. Visit the official UI admission portal: https://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng
2. Log in with your JAMB registration number.
3. Make a payment of N2,000 through the provided payment platform.
4. Fill in the required personal and academic details.
5. Upload your passport photograph and relevant documents.
6. Confirm your entries and submit your application.
Print out the acknowledgment slip for reference and future use.
