About the WIPO YEP Program
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) invites applications for its Young Experts Program (YEP) – a two-year immersive experience for young professionals interested in intellectual property (IP), innovation, and creativity.
The goal? To develop the next generation of global IP leaders who can support innovation ecosystems worldwide.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must:

Be 35 years or younger at the time of application

Hold a university degree
-
Have at least 2 years of relevant experience

Possess strong analytical, research, and organizational skills

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Be fluent in written and spoken English
-
Have knowledge or experience in IP, innovation, or creativity
-
Be available from February 1, 2026, for 24 months
-
Not be employed by WIPO during or 2 years after the program
Program Benefits

CHF 5,000 monthly stipend (approx. $5,850)
