Eligibility Criteria for Foursquare National Scholarship 2025

To qualify for the Foursquare National Scholarship, applicants must meet the following conditions:

For Undergraduate Students:

  • Must be financially disadvantaged, with verifiable proof of financial hardship.
  • Must be enrolled in a Federal or State University, Polytechnic, or Tertiary Institution in Nigeria.
  • Students of McPherson University are also eligible.
  • Must have valid admission into a Federal or State tertiary institution.
  • 200-level and above students must have a minimum CGPA of 3.5/5.0 (Second Class Upper).
  • Must be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
  • Must maintain the minimum required CGPA to continue receiving the scholarship.

For Secondary School Students:

  • Must be enrolled in a State-owned secondary school (SS1–SS3).
  • Must have a minimum cumulative percentage of 80% in their previous academic session.
  • Must not be older than 20 years at the time of application.
  • Must maintain a minimum cumulative percentage of 70% to retain the scholarship.

Scholarship Benefits

The Foursquare National Scholarship is a fully funded program, covering:

Renewal of the scholarship until graduation, provided students maintain the required academic performance.
