The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially unveiled the Most Sought After 2025 admission cycle. The JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, disclosed this during the 2025 policy meeting on admissions into tertiary institutions, held on Tuesday in Abuja.
According to JAMB’s statistics, Lagos State University (LASU) has emerged as the most sought-after university with 70,080 applicants. The University of Lagos (UNILAG) follows closely with 58,645 candidates, while the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) ranks third with 56,758 prospective students.
